Terms and Conditions for Mandobak Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Mandobak mobile application (the "App"), which is provided by Mandobak, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Mandobak App, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
1. Introduction
Mandobak is an application designed to enable dentists and dental professionals to purchase dental supplies and equipment and have them delivered directly to their workplace. The App is available on mobile devices and allows users to browse products, place orders, make payments, and track deliveries.
2. Eligibility
You must be licensed and recognized by Jordan Dental Association to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are a dental practitioner and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, such as purchasing products, you may be required to create an account with Mandobak. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the App
Mandobak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose — to browse, purchase, and receive dental supplies and equipment. You agree not to:
● Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
● Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, or any systems or networks connected to the App.
5. Products and Orders
The App allows you to view and purchase various dental supplies and products. All products are subject to availability and may be changed, modified, or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the App are in your local currency (JOD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for any reason without prior notice.
Payment for orders must be made through one of the payment methods supported by the App. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your purchase, including any taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Mandobak will arrange for the delivery of products to your provided address. Shipping times and fees vary based on location, product availability, and other factors. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping.
Delivery Address: You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Mandobak will not be liable for any issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.
8. Returns and Refunds
Products purchased through the App may be eligible for return or refund, depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product to request a return or refund. All returns must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused, unless the product is defective or damaged.

9. User-Generated Content
You may have the ability to submit reviews, comments, or other content via the App. By submitting content, you grant Mandobak a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the App and its business.
You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates any intellectual property rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including trademarks, logos, content, design, and functionality, are owned by Mandobak or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all content, products, and services provided through the App are offered "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. Mandobak does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandobak and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for products purchased through the App in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mandobak and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Modification of Terms
Mandobak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted in this section with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
16. Termination
Mandobak may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any pending orders will be canceled unless they have already been shipped.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through [mediation/arbitration] in [your jurisdiction], except where otherwise prohibited by law.
18. Severability
